A New Collector!

Hi everyone,

I found out about this site after discovering the Red Dead Redemption Gamestop Employee Launch kit last month. This kit looked great, and would be the perfect way to start my collection. I spoke to some helpful forum members who owned the kit (special thanks to Mosavon!) and turned over every stone I could to find one.

I am happy to say that I found a great buyer outside of this forum and received the launch kit last week. I just started collecting game merchandise last month, so my collection isn't very large or prestigious, but I am looking to add items from my favourite games and franchises and will add photos of my other purchases soon. Here are my photos of my best purchase so far!

I'm amazed by the collections I have seen on this forum and hope to add to the positive community here. Everyone seems pretty helpful and kind.

I got really lucky. I paid $155 CDN ($105 Euro) for everything minus the promo book and the t-shirt. I had to buy those off ebay. So around $140 Euro for everything, and this included the limited edition deck of cards and the letter from R* to Gamestop about the kit and game, which I don't think I've seen in many collections :)

Thank you. Here are the rest of my items so far. I also bought a sealed GTA IV CE and 2nd copies of the lockbox/cd/artbook. Not sure if I want to open the CE just yet. It doesn't compare to anything I have seen on the forums, but everyone has to start somewhere right? :)
