Other than the early release, you get ALL the pre-order tier stuff with the collector's edition. No need to hope they are unlocked.

Anyone else having problems to pre-order the CE from the Square Enix online Store ? When I put the CE in my basket and select my prefered method to pay the checkout button does not work. Regardless how many times I click on it. Damn, that's annoying -.- !

Use a different browser or disable add-ons if using chrome or firefox. Ghostery caused an issue for me.
