the wal mart regular game version has a free bonus TOPPS collectable plastic disc inside the amaray case.

Can't say that i have, though I do recall ones like that being a thing for awhile (still see some with certain 3DS/DS games occasionally). Personally not a fan of that style, but if it was Zelda or something I'd probably be a sucker and by one! Nice find.
