Odin Sphere Leifthrasir storybook edition is up for pre-order at amazon US and included with this edition a "metal slip case". Not really sure what exactly is this though.

what is a metal slip case?..some kind of half assed steelbook? LOL...does anyone know if Futurepak or steelbook manufactures these "metal slip cases?' because i know they branch out and do a lot of metal variants for media.

Not sure but I have I think 3 metal slipcases, and 2 metal slipcovers, if not more for both. Pretty cool, but still prefer a steelbook or metalpak, etc x

I prefer a Steelbook or a metalcase too. But who knows, may this "slip case" turns out to be cool. doubt it though :)
