Probably paper.

A4 is a standard piece of paper in Europe. Assuming US Letter size is the standard in the USA it will be a little bit slimmer, but also a bit longer.

Agreed, it swayed me to preordering the CE. I imagine it's also available at Gamestop in the US, they might ship internationally so you can check on that.
