PlayStation Collectibles is back! And I'd like your opinion...

Hey Gang,

After a hiatus, PlayStation Collectibles is coming back with some new statues! More information is forthcoming, but I did want to take a poll to gauge your interest in a particular statue that I'd like to possibly make. I know that there's a lot of collectors out there that were not able to get my Journey statue, so I'm looking at the possibility of doing another one. Rather than just do the old collectible staple of doing a paint variant or a bronze version, I wanted to change the base a bit, and maybe replace the stone creature in the sand with something else (I was thinking of a snow environment this time). I'd keep the price range the same ($150-160). After a conversation with a member of the studio confirmed how popular Journey still is, I thought this might be something fans of the game might want. However, I don't want it to be just a cash grab, so if there's enough interest, I'll look into working with Tim Miller (the original sculptor) on changing the statue a bit. What say you?

Changing environment is nice. More chance for journey fan to grab the statue.
But love to see more effort like changing position of the travelers

Also looking forward to see you working on diorama or statue like last of us and day gone and maybe Detroit (I love Valorie Curry ;)

Hi BBKI,

Understood, but to completely sculpt a new statue for a 4 year old game might be cost prohibitive. I'm still looking at the numbers to see if I can make it work, but there may have to be some compromises.

I am looking at making statues for the games you mentioned (as well as others), so if you have ideas regarding which characters and poses you'd like to see, please feel free to throw them out here.

-Resistance FoM Chimera - statue, bust - probably wouldn't sell very well, but I have to suggest it every time you ask. Need something for this game, one of my all time favs.

Saw it at PSX and was super excited! Can't wait for it to come out!

Hello Gary,
I saw the statue at PSX and it looks awesome. I like statues like these in an action pose, like the statue from The Order 1886 where Gallahad is fighting the wolf. I think the detail is awesome though it might be too big for the space I live in right now.

On an unrelated note, I got the wrong item at PSX and now I can't get in touch with the store to fix it. Do you know who operated the store and who I can get in touch with? I'm really bummed I travelled so far to get the wrong item. :(

All the idea so far sound great! though sadly I am broke :D


My idea is an actually good Cole statue (maybe one where he is holding his hands out and lighting is arcing between them... that would be cool, oh and you could have and evil version has the exclusive (more rare)). I really have wanted one to go with my Delsin statue (the CE Cole statues/figues are awful IMO).

I second the Chimera statue...I loved the Resistance series and there was very little in the way of collectibles.

I would also like to see something from Kill zone (Hellghast maybe) and an Aloy action pose with bow. I like the HZD stuff Triforce did was cool but I would really like a statue of Aloy decked out ready to pounce or just standing similar to Lara Croft reboot statue that Gaming Heads did.
