Yeah, I got it earlier this year from a US seller. It came in a bundle the same as the below listing, just without the game. From what I can gather, the US press Kit came with a retail copy of the Game and we got a promo disk in PAL territories. If this is the case, the US also got the steelbook from the CE and the metal plates. :D
