What kind of Xbox is this?

Hello all. I found someone selling this weird Xbox and was wondering if I can get some help with trying to figure out what it is?
Unfortunately I currently only have the pictures that the seller is using to advertise the Xbox and games, and they are not the best.

I found something similar called the Xbox Extender, but I think what I found is something different? Anyone out there with some Xbox knowledge that might be able to help :]?

I think it is just a modded original Xbox with an extender thing like you found.

Any idea why there would be so many input/output options on the back? So far from the case mods that I have found go on top of the Xbox, this one is a little odd being on the bottom.

pretty sure the thing came with a bunch of speakers. I remember having something similar for my xbox and it came with 3 speakers and a bass or 5 speakers and a bass or something like that. Don't know if that's the same unit as what I had, but it might be?
