I doubt it, think about the gamesonly exclusive steelbooks of Far Cry 4 and Army of Two: The Devils Cartel those steelbooks were nowhere else available, I guess this steelbook could be a gamesonly exclusive steelbook, too.

There are 4 different steelbooks because there is also a jumbo steelbook available which comes with the two Collector's Edition without the game but we have to wait if the artwork of the steelbook from BestBuy is really different compared to the steelbook from CZE/HUN/SVK.
