i have never seen anyone else with this. or on sale on ebay or anything.

It was apparently part of a giveaway at Nintendo World Store for the launch of GTA CTW. May I ask how you acquired it?

Won it.

I worked at gamesrop for the launch and we had a company wide contest. Whoever reserved and had the best sell through got systems for the whole store.

I remember they had two designs. One had a girl on it.

From what I've gathered so far, there are only 20 console worldwide of it

There are 4 different version (5 of each)
- Huang Lee black console
- Huang Lee (from Cosmic link with the interior in red)
- Ling black console
- Ling (same as second one) http://tinycartridge.com/post/88891708/liberty-city-gun-club-found-in-case-youre-still

Saw 2 of them (both black console) in Ebay in the last 3 years (a buy it now in France and an auction in the US). The one from France was sold outside Ebay for 350 euros and the other finished at 200 usd.
