This is reportedly not a collectors edition, but will be a limited edition for all pre-orders and launch copies. It is not stated whether they'll always produce this edition or phase out after initial run.

Sadly this Vanagard Edition is exclusive to the US/CA and I have to import it. I have imported bigger editions from Amazon before and the packaging was decent enough. But they tend to ship those smaller editions in an envelope. Causing dents, crushes etc.

What other options do I have? I used VGP before but only for standard editions. How is there packaging for editions like this?

The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One launch edition of Valkyria Revolution is known as the Vanargand Edition. People in the Americas who pre-order or pick up a first-run copy of the game will get a 12-track CD soundtrack, with music from Yasuori Mitsuda, as well as a Vanargand pin. People in Europe will only receive the CD with their launch copies.

According to the article, it's not exclusive to US/CA. It's coming to Europe on the 30th June, 2017. People in Europe will only receive the CD though.

The outer box quality will be more akin to the Kingdom Hearts series with the pre order Disney Pins..so it will be hard to avoid creases and dings if you get it shipped, it will go into a bubble mailer very likely.

No, the Vanargand Edition is exclusive. We only get the game and the soundtrack, not the pin and not the packaging. Hence my question.

I would recommend you find a forwarding service for any editions coming out of the United States. We have Aramex Shop and Ship locally which gives me an address in the US that they forward everything to my country at semi reasonable rate. Better than not being able to order at all really.

For you I think the only options that ship to Europe would be MyUS or Shipito. Check them out.
