found on ebay. The PDF is easily available, is this selfmade or an original?

These pop up on eBay all the time. Worth no more than 50 bucks. The big daddy statue in the limited edition of Bioshock 1 arrived damaged in most cases, so they sent copies of this book out to people as an apology gift. There's a much rarer developer edition of the book that's worth like 250+.

Yeah, this is an original and to add on to what Toasty the Baker stated, the seller is actually someone from here and, I can assure you, he only deals with authentic gaming collectibles.
