You seem to only have the NTSC edition on your database. The European edition suposedly comes with the soundtrack and a replica mask. Although i don't find it in any UK store online. Anyone knows where to find it?

I find the N. American CE is weak. The packaging combine the artbook with soundtrack and game disc in one bundle. Perhaps the solid review will make this game harder to find in the future.

it's certainly DIFFERENT... I can't say I've ever seen another CE like it.

though given the $80 price tag I don't think it was worth it for the bonuses.

I do think the Castlevania franchise has the right mix of popularity and obscurity to make this CE a valuable proposition down the road though.

I think we are just getting use to getting ripped off in the UK, they never correspond to the prices in the USA.

We will have to wait to see if the mask will be plastic or resin or even metal for this release.

I understand, I would be too, especially if you say you ordered it when it was first announced. After seeing your post I emailed my friend in England (whom I get all my PAL games through). He just e-mailed me back saying he got an e-mail a couple days ago saying that it was on its way. So according to him it should be in today or tomorrow.

I would definitely call and complain; what's the point of pre-ordering if they're not gonna honor it.

My day of pre-order was Oct 14th or later, looking at the correspondence between my friend and I.

They obviously though they had enough so just handed them out to the packing staff with no queue system, then they ran out of stock and though oh s**t let's just send out an e-mail implying everyone after me didn't get one either.

There's 4 Xbox ones on eBay right now. 2 for 98 pounds and 2 for 199 pounds. Ridiculous. 50% increase already, before release, that's just absurd. And there were more up so I'm assuming people bought them. Wonder if this one is actually limited. I've seen quite a few copies of the US version just sitting at best buy, so I doubt that version is.

Yes this one is considerably more limited than the US version.

Don't know why that is, but expect this one to be one of the more valuable edition in the future. Well just being Castlevania limited edition will make this valuable.

Yes the UK Version is region free, infact all PS3 game region free.

The DLC codes however in these are region specific which require the user to create that region account. quick and Easy thing to do.

Thanks Skoolstah, The one I got from eBay had crushed edges and rips in the seal. The seller said it has mint, still can't get me head around the idea that ebay seller thinking that sealed even if a little sticker is mint. The seller also though that the dents where not damage either.

Hopefully the stock I buying from another ebay seller to start my own shop will have something decent in there to make up for it.

Guys I need help, i only have my US NTSC Xbox 360 left and i really want the Pal Collectors Edition, is the game regionfree? (i know the PS3 version is free, but i want the Xbox 360 Pal version)

This is tough one to answers, not much info on the internet about PAL games working on US NTSC.

I do know that nearly all Koei's titles are region locked in the PAL regions so it's a good bet this one is too.

I guess the only way to confirm it is to buy a cheap used normal copy first to test.

The alternative is to buy the contents of the PAL collector's edition and not the game from a seller on ebay or forum member.

There are 2 sites that you can depend on about region-specific games. First up is play-asia.com. If you just search for a game, they usually put up info on if it's region-locked or not. Another one you can use is: http://forum.xbox-sky.cc/xbox360_regional_compatibility_guide/
If the game's not listed on either site, then I'd wait awhile longer.

Just to confirm, this is the North American Limited edition with soundtrack, not the Euro Collector's edition with the Mask. Import stock only.

varies to be honest.... Usually between 50-75 GBP so your estimate of 120 isnt far off correct IMO

The price has dropped a little in the last 2 months. You should get £90-£100 for sealed version. If you holdout and are willing to export, then a price of £120 can be achieved but only with a bit of patience. If selling via the forum, drop the price by at least 10%. maybe even 14% to take into account pay pal fees.
