Is the term also used with games? https://youtu.be/RXqEPF-TCKA?t=42 here you can the sleeve being "removed" (it shows the age rating on the front); is that a obi?

As far as I know they use term “obi” for CD, DVD, BD, game and book "spine card" in Japan or least they know what you mean ;)
