Does anyone know when the EU collectors edition will go up on game or Amazon?

the EU version is different than the US version?...what about the Japanese version?..it appears different,..i don't think the Japan version has a steelbook? but some other item instead?

Received my copy of the Limited Edition today and considering the price of 'only' 99,99€ for the EU version, this has to be one if not the best Collectors Edition which released during the last months or even years.

Highly satisfied with content and quality for the price I paid. :)

I picked up my Australia CE as well. I'm slightly disappointed because we got the same as America that comes with cd and calender. Game cart is in steelbook and no separate case.
