Why price it at $19.99?..then say it's not available for individual sale?..i hope it's a FREE! bonus for pre-orders..what sucks, would be if you have to purchase the game at full price, and then required to pay an additional $20 on top of that,..also, what i don't like..there's never any set price of what a proper suggested retail price is for a steelbook!?..prices are all over the place! sometimes, there priced at $4.99 other times, $19.99..but besides graphic arts, it's the same exact product!.

i think people won't have trouble finding this steelbook down the road since it is releasing in several countries around the world..it will be readily available on ebay etc..i think!

They only ship to Switzerland and Lichtenstein. I checked with their Nioh 2 "exclusive" but don't have the means to ship from any of those countries so I'll wait for now.
