i bought the Japanese Cero rated "Japan GEO store" variant version for the steelbook bonus exclusive to GEO Japan retailer using a proxy that ships overseas since unfortunately GEO Japan does NOT. I take it no steelbook for the West? plus is their an official US NTSC Announcement?

the JAPANESE steelbook has the reversible cover image on the back of the steelbook, and the front of the GEO Japan steelbook looks pretty identical to the front game box art..so essentially what JAPAN got in steelbook form, PAL got the art image as a reversible cover.
