Yup, people do buy this. Even for more $.
If it's rare and really hard to get - price isn't a problem for real collectors. I mean COLLECTORS, not ordinary people who want to buy it only to play it.
If you'll find cheapest copy - let me know. I couldn't find it :)

How rare is this persona? Limited to? 500? Less? Is it like a press kit? Is there more/other data on it?

I don't know how much were made. I believe only publisher knows the correct amount (no more than 1000-1500 I think). It's not a press kit (it's just a disc) but it was only for press. It's full game, nothing more, nothing less.
How rare it is? Just try to search it for sale, check sold auctions etc. Didn't find anything on auction sites, forums etc in past x months? Must be rare. Never on ebay, never sold. I didn't find it (there's only first edition of P5 for 166 usd on ebay).
If I won't sell it - it'll go to my collection :)

How many promo disc you have in your collection? I am happy to be infected with the Steelbook Virus and not with the promo disc one [emoji6] I think you work for a big computer game magazine - is that true?

Just few - but my favourite games ever :) and no, I don't work as a reviewer, press etc. Not even in games/PC industry.
