Amazon calls it an exclusive steelbook, so probably yes.

It may be "exclusive in Germany". Game UK calls many worldwide available steelbooks "Game exclusive" for example. But again Amazon DE has a history of releasing truely exclusive steels so we will wait and see :P

Looks much better than the LE one. Hopefully we see it else where. Never easy exporting from Game for the non UK people

Looks like the EU Pre-Order Steelbook will exclusively be available here in the US as a Pre-Order Bonus for Walmart. No word on Walmart Canada yet.
