Shipping to germany would cost 97$... plus 70$ in taxes, leaving me with 443$.
Unless we see some other offers with steelbook, I'm probably gonna miss out on this.

Nice. I bought the limited edition (of 500) CEC engineer class watch back in 2013. It's still brand new with tags like this one below. Gonna go nicely with this collector's edition.

It seems strange that LRG is handling this, it's over $100 shipped to Australia, then will probably get GST slapped on as well, making it over $600 AUD.

As much as I love Dead Space, I just can't justify it.

I hope EB Games get it locally, I'll be happy with just the steelbook.

It's so expensive, but I really want that steelbook since the game is a classic... Think it pioneered strategic dismembering? something like that.

However, it's also not "limited" like other LRG editions since it doesn't come with a certificate..

For the JB Hi-fi version, does anyone know if they ship pre-order bonus steelbooks internationally? I've ordered a steelbook edition from them a while ago, but not a pre-order bonus specifically (which doesn't show up on the order form).

I am guessing the ones on eBay are the preorder steelbook and not the collectors edition one since the collectors edition won't ship for another 4-6 months. As for the preorder one, it is still available at JB hifi who ship internationally. I think we are just seeing the usual post release herd panic

No it wasn't. It was the CE one which is also still available at limitedrungames.com.

He told me that he got it today. To my understanding anyone outside AUS did not get the steelbook with their order which is a shame and it seems the steelbook offer is no longer offered so I wonder just how many they made. Looking on ebay I see only 4 steels on offer.

Man... this is such a disappointment. Why didn't they explicitly say the steelbook preorder is for AU only?! Have you spoken to them? No one needs the game itself. It's obvious that international orders are only because of the steelbook.

I preordered from JBHIFI and they shipped to my friend's address in Australia, no steelbook comes with the game either, I wrote several emails to them but never get a reply.

I received the game with steelbook today, located in United States, I guess it's related to the pre-order date.

Front wise, I prefer the australian. Back wise the CE Steel.
Getting the CE one is probably really difficult if you didn't order from LRG.
I assume not too many will be selling it off and those that do will charge a pretty penny for it.
