Is the Collectors Edition Steelbook and the Gold Edition Steelbook the same?
There are no Steelbooks in the Ubisoft Store?
Only GameStop USA?

They are not the same. One just have the logo (gold steelbook), CE has the main character in the front
UbiStore in the US do not carry physical stuff anymore with very few exceptions. All the gold/ultimate steelbook editions for Ubisoft have been Gamestop exclusives for years. FC6, AC Valhalla etc.
