This is only available as part of the Chinese/Korean bundle that you can buy on playasia. Game does not support English. There is a Switch version, but it's unclear if there's a G4 steelbook. The only picture they have is G2. Geo used to put both a carriage holder and a disc holder in G2 steelbook so it's possible that this is the only version. It will be released on July 27th so we'll know in a month.

In play-asia there is a steelbook edition without picture, I think is the same edition

Geo won't provide steelbooks anymore?It's so frustrating if that's true.
