The artwork appears to be the same. But it's impossible to say if the finish/texture etc will be identical.

I believe Deluxe is exclusive to EU and CE is exclusive to US

I read on a few German websites that Europe is supposed to get a CE that is different in content and will be revealed later. But I have no idea if that's true...
