Hello to everyone!
I'm a female from Germany and yes I like playing video games ^^

Since a year ago I started collecting Xbox 360 stuff and official game guides with my boyfriend. Here are some pictures of our little collection. You'll find some pal games but also ntsc and ntsc/j games and a few press kits.

I'll regularly bring updates about my collection because it's getting bigger every day :barsong:

I paid 30€. I don't now if it's xbox 360 exclusive but in the Game DB is also an O-Ring Edition for the PS3 and an Slipcase Edition, so it think it's not.

I made an Excel list with all kinds of different Editions. Or better I tried it. But I think my lists keeps a lot of Editions which some people never knew of it.

But this might sound a bit rude and out of order, but are the Need for speed and Army of Two are from DJDream, because if that's true what happen to the boxes. I thought they were mint.

I saw these dents like you the first time on this picture and I was shocked

But if you have a look on the two in real they really look like mint. You have to put them under very bright light to see these dents and they don't look that worse the picture shows. It should be added that the picture is overexposed so the dents look that bad but they aren't :)

I think he didn't made anything wrong he packed them very well and showed pictures what they look like. In my opinion they are near perfect considering that they are from Asia, you know what my naughty Edition looks like :lol:

Your 100% right about the over exposure, it brings the worst out of even the smallest of imperfections.

Yeah you're right about MrBubble. In some way I think it's my fault that he has decided to stop collecting because I bought the items. It really breaks my heart that someone with such a great collection can stop overnight.

You should try and get the Lost Planet 2 Australian version soon because the outer cardboard of that edition is very flimsy so as time goes on it becomes harder to find one that is immaculate. Local game stores still sell them on occasion, but all are opened now and aren't in the best of shape anymore :(

yea I know that it's coming to the us :)

and I'm a great Atlus fan but I really don't know what to think about catherine, your a man in boxers with cornets and you have to move blocks and this should be so difficult that even the Japanese people having some hard times. Atlus is now making a patch to make the game more easier.

But with some nice xbox 360 achievements this game is really a must have :spiteful:

The famitsu dx pack is great but I really miss the outer packaging.

yea, I payed 150$ for the Tales of Vesperia Copy but I wanted it absolutely.
The Tony hawk ride was much cheaper only 17€ it's new but the package is a little bit damaged.

I am quite impressed from the collection. I must say I do also have a slight if not a mad appreciation of collector edition items as well as Strategy Guides.

Believe it or not, but here in Ireland the whole gaming industry is not as passionated as in other countries unfortunately.

Matrix, how did you find these? Never seen the Lego Pirates SE before?

I saw the Lego Pirates SE on EB's site prior to release but I wasn't interested. When @Ayiu asked me to look for it I was fortunate enough to find them during EB's big sale. I found Duke in the city and had to go down south to get Lego.

Just call up your local EB and enquire about it, if they don't have it just ask them to track one down locally or interstate and perhaps even ask them to request it to your local EB. I'm sure they'll oblige though it may take a few weeks to get to your store as it needs to go to the HQ in Qld then back down to your EB.

Also, getting those two SE was well worth it as it was on a sale price and both were pretty limited. You won't find either on EB's site or perhaps not even on eBay?!?

Nice that you found some time to have a look at my humble collection.
The Catherine Famitsu DX pack was the Japanese Collector's Edition I imported it from eurotaku. It's nice but it wasn't released with a box or something similiar. Just the game, a small pillow artbook & Soundtrack + Telephone card in a plastic/poly bag with a glued opening. (lol I hope you understand what kind of bag I'm talking about :D) The poster is double sided with different artwork and made of some special material (no paper)

Solemn is right, the small AC book was part of the amazing press kit. It's some kind of story/concept/artbook. Unfortunately I just got my hands on the book and not on the whole press kit ^^

The mousepad was part of the Arcana Heart limited Edition. The bundle was sold unter the name SUGGOI OPPAI Fan Edition. Just give a boobie mousepad to the standard limited edition and a nice sounding name and people will pay thrice the price :banghead:

yea there are more reasons why I went for the UK version. First of all when the edition was announced it was only available at Amazon UK. So I placed my pre-order there and even with shipping it was cheaper than the German version. Furthermore I don't like the huge USK logo. It destroys every box art and at least we all don't know what is happening in the future and maybe there comes a time where I have to sell my editions and without a doubt English versions are much easier to sell ;)

Though, you can not and will not find it instores here as they only catered for those who actually pre-ordered it. Some CE can be very scarce here and practically "rare" in some instance, but just here though...doesn't mean you can't import one ;)

I wouldn't mind getting another for safe keeping, a German version I wouldn't mind having either.

Perhaps you should get an xray machine to see what number your Golden Ring is :D

Also I just wanted to throw out there (I know you won't) but I am a die hard fan of Assassin's creed and I have been trying and still (hopefully one day God will hear me) to get the press kit 1,2, brotherhood.

Yes, the velvet Edition has 4 languages on the back and on the closed-end site is a description of the box content in German and English. If you want I can take some pictures for you :)

Thanks, the guide is indeed very nice but I'm still angry about Amazon.de that they canceled my order for the Skyrim collector's guide one week after the official release and there was no chance to get another one :(

Nah, not yet. Really struggled with staying on top of everything house-wise since Christmas, seems like there's more to do everyday than what there was pre-Christmas :haha: Think it's all the extra stuff!

Trying hard to get all the photographs taken though, so I'll let you know as soon as they're uploaded :) (also had a week and a bit with no laptop! but thankfully it's working again :D) xx

glad to hear that your laptop is working again :) I forgot my charging cable at my boyfriend and was not able to use my laptop for nearly 2 days. That was really a mess as my laptop is also connected to my TV in order to watch series. I felt so lost :lmao:

Haha, lucky you :P Yeah, I try to just do a bit of housework each day, so that I have time for myself aswell (and hopefully time for taking CE photos, etc) but I then get distracted by here and hardly get anything done :blush: so I'm left with tonnes to do the next day :haha:

I've not got much housework to do tomorrow, and I have guests over at night, so hopefully I'll get a chunk of photos taken tomorrow (I want to upload them all at once though, so don't expect an update :P) xx

I only knew about the PS3 steelbook which was exclusive to "Media Markt" but the Xbox 360 was exclusive to a store called "Tevi" which is not that popular like "Media Markt"
