Finally the UK gets an exclusive retailer, but it's not good news, Firstly Play.com have secured the rights to the Hero Edition. secondly it's an incredible £100.

The price isn't too shocking. After the Crysis 2 Nano Edition, I was expecting this to be priced roughly the same

However, disappointed that it's PLAY.com who has the exclusive :( I think we're all agreed here that they're not exactly the best choice to gain an exclusive. Leads me to wonder what GAME are doing for this, if anything?

This also comes out the same day as the Duke Nukem Forever: Balls Of Steel Edition, so looks like it will be an expensive week for collectors!

In my book Play.com is worst ( Personal experience only) , but both are pretty poor choices. I agree with Gemini - what was GAME thinking passing this up.

Nice find Gemini, if the controller stays exclusive to the bundle like the Halo ODST collector's edition, then this is one to go for. But if like the killlzone 3 one if become available later separately I will be disappointed.

yeah, its a reasonably sized box not too big, statue looks pretty nice aswell, do Play often reduce prices like Game to shift remaining stock? dont really want to pay full price again

They usually take some time before reducing the price, but since the recession. all retailers are shifting stock as quickly as possible and reducing the price sooner rather than later.

But don't be surprised is they don't reduce the price for some time as with most of the pass collector's editions.
