Game.co.uk have listed Mortal Kombat Kollector's Edition for PS3 and Xbox 360 for pre-order, the price is £69.99.

One thing to note is that there is no Steelbook as original though, what it does it includes is:-

However for those in France, Micromania have listed it with the Steelbook included inside.  What's more if you pre-order you will get a code via E-mail for Scorpion, it will give a costume and the original  fatality "Fire-Breathing Toasty". You will also receive a free Mortal Kombat T-shirt.

I saw that FNAC is still using the picture of NA version.

Guess they haven't update it yet, that was weired, normally they are very into these CE or exclusivity stuffs.

Hope that means we can get two versions in Europe, then we won't need to import it (for those who prefer a bookend), but i know i am just dreaming:2cool:

Anyway,the micromania's pre-order sounds like a good deal.

I'll buy the PS3 version, just for Kratos. But i rarely use PS home. So hope i could get a exchange with a XBOX avatar code :P

There will no shortage of sellers on eBay just listing the code by itself. An exchange is going to be harder.

Wow, that's a good deal, shame that they don't ship article which weight more than 1 kg to Continental Europe anymore ( basiclly most of the CE). Otherwise i'll pre-order it from Game.co.uk

There is nothing indicating that this Edition is exclusive to GAME, however no other retailer has listed it yet. which is surprising considering we are 38 days from release.

I pre-ordered this two days ago, and already GAME have emailed me back stating that the price has now dropped to just £49.99. Most probably because it doesn't include the SteelBook as we initially thought

The Fire Edition was only a rumour and never a confirmed release, the only edition that includes the figure and steel book is currently the French release. There are other Euro countries getting it but not sure which ones.

The Kollector's Edition which is listed on Amazon.fr contains no steelbook. So maybe the other site listed it wrong? :think:

That is a concern, The picture has finally changed to the correct one but the steel book entry in the description is still there.

It's a shame they only ship inside France, will have to wait until heavenzzzz gets his copy.

It really makes you ask why we even needed the figures - This would have been a much nicer CE if it had've been a SteelBook with hardback artwork book and soundtrack. In my opinion, fighting games don't need anything fancy

but the EU's figure is crap, very very bad quality.

they just announced the MORTAL KOMBAT KOMPLETE EDITION for release FEB 2012, it will have all D.L.C. all characters, THE original mortal kombat game in HD and a 15 song soundtrack cd along with the 1995 movie mortal kombat.
