I have received a response from GameGears regarding how the bonus items will be bundled

I asked:

I have a quick question for you which collectors are bound to ask - Are the contents of this Collector's Edition contained within a console specific presentation box? Or are they simply extra items added loose to the shipping package alongside the game?

To which they responded:

These are not loosely packed but neither are they in box. They come shrink-wrapped together in one neat package. We opted for this as the T-shirt will arrive separately into us and will not fit in with the main console package
