HMV have the same sort of package for a Region 2 (UK) version of this edition for £39.99. The only difference I can see is the cover artwork.

HMV have the exclusive collectors edition in the UK. It looks to be the same as Gamestops in the US but with different cover art.

Got a used copy of this so I actually play the game.

There are few difference between the PAL version and the NTSC one.

Mainly the cover art and the Soundtrack comes in a three fold digipak.
