That listing is advertising the Uncharted 2 CE that was exclusive to EB Games here for preorder in Australia. It was basically a slipcase version with some other DLC not available in the Steelbook version that was also released down here and in all the other PAL territorities.

In other words, it'll probably now be a pain in the ass to find.

I ve one question about the Fortune Hunter Edition:

If you put this item (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Uncharted-2-Fortune-Hunter-Collectors-Edition-PS3-WOW-/200597843948?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_15&hash=item2eb4902fec) to your watch list it tells you that there are 194 pieces aviable!
Can this be true even if there are only 200 made? This woul also say that there are only 6 copies out in the world!

I hope that someone could help me here :)

194 copies available is probably rubbish, but it's safe to say there are probably more than 200 in existence. There was a discussion about this a while back xx

Seller is a complete idiot listing that thing in the first place. I think he has that bogus listing just to get views/promotion for his ebay store or something

I think he might have had some available a long, long time ago, and he sold them; though I think he sold them for much, much less than 10k; and I don't know that he ever had 6 either. I'm not sure that any of this is correct, need to research further. That "6 sold" figure is probably bogus too though. How exactly he managed to swing a bunch of fake sells remains a mystery to me though.

I am, however, 100% positive that now he absolutely, positively does not have any FH editions for sale. That's why he has the price set so high; to discourage anyone from buying; and I know this because I personally contacted the seller and asked him. He confirmed that he has none available and that he has had none available for a long time now. Ask him yourself if you'd like.

If you read the description, it says "Out of Stock" in big red letters. The way in which that phrase is presented kind of makes it seem like the seller means that it is sold out everywhere and can only be bought through him, but it actually means that he himself is out of stock. That's what seller himself told me.

There are only 200 copies of that collector's edition. It was originally supposed to be 200 copies circulated in the United States, but somehow 50 of them made it over to Canada.

I know of 5 more people who own that locally that I'd like to strike up a deal with.

Yes to the very first statement. Believe, I am one of two on this forum that has one, but I'm not quite sure of that as we've had several members join since then. The five that I know aren't collectors, so the collecting value may not exist for them aside from the sentimental aspect. They were 1st place in a tourney while my team landed 3rd. If I could get another one, I could potentially trade it for something that I'm looking for.
