Just signed up today and I must say its a great forum so far and not easy to find with an overall discussion not only about CE games but also CE Guides.
So far I created a blog recently hope thats ok if people want to see a gimps of my collection.

www.mypreciousguides.com

Unfortunately its just a small overview what I have. But i will post some photos soon on the forum itself.

Nice. I've just started buying more CE guides lately. Amazon UK has been my best friend so far when it comes to this.

Welcome to the forum, you have a nice collection of Limtied Edition guide.

Didn't even know there was a guide for Mad world, will look for that one tonight.

You are absolutely right Amazon is a great place. But I do search eBay obviously for rarer items. Its not as easy to find specific guides. As example MSG guides and Art books are relatively quick out of print. Or you would have to go directly to a Japan seller which obviously will be in Japanese.
I think this kind of collections, CE Guides, are not so in fashion anymore.

There are I think some available on Amazon UK of particular vendors.
Have a look its a disturbing yet great addition for a collector...

Killzone 2 was a rare find in Amazon UK i think it was the last one.As for Assassins Creed 2 I got it in an Auction from a seller in Australia for around 20 AU$ Both are out of print I believe. Still checking though for another AC art book that was released one of the first.

I have one on order at Amazon

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Art-Alice-Madness-Returns/dp/1595826971/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1307091267&sr=1-1

But on the ones on ebay are crazy prices, unless I go the USA version.

yeah there is a lunatic on eBay who wants to sell them for 220 Euros or something completely insane. I think in the uk if you want to get the art book from Amazon you need to wait for a while. I would recommend you, actually i would order you to order the OST of the game its in sell in amazon as well and its gona be quickly sold out. I just ordered mine and if you like the game the art then you will love the soundtrack.

No its from the first one its 2002 release but not sure if they will release a new OST for the Madness returns.
When did you order your Art book? Was it already dispatched?
Cause I know that it was released earlier and then suddenly it was gone again. I was lucky because thats when i got mine.
I think the same happen to Darksiders Art book or similar it was available and then again it was gone the next day. You would not by chance have one of those???

I ordered 2 weeks ago, no word from Amazon yet. Wish I pre-ordered it early.

I think I will order the soundtrack anyway, even if they make one for the sequel.

Hey, you've got some awesome guides there. I collect Zelda stuff and have been grabbing those CE hardback guides since Twilight Princess. There's a new one out for Skyward Sword you know, light blue :D I have that GameCube version TP "Premiere Edition" too, still sealed I think...maybe not I'd have to check. It's cool you've got Majora's Mask and Ocarina of Time too. I used to have those way before I started collecting video games and guides...they might be around somewhere but they'd be in shit condition, all marked on and stuff lol.

Must say, love that Mortal Kombat figurine and the Duke Nukem undies. Gotta love those conversation pieces eh?
