What consoles do you own?

Not limiting this to only LE/CE's, hence why I put this in here (twistedsymphony, if you think it should be moved, don't hesitate in doing so!)

Myself, I have only really been a proper (for want of a better word) collector, for roughly a month or two.

My boyfriend on the other hand, has been collecting for about a year, year and a half maybe...

I've always helped with his collecting, buying items just to bulk out the collection but with no 'real' interest in what I was doing, however - now, the beast within is unleashed.

All I do is hunt for LE/CE's, and other rare items or whatever.

At the moment, I've built up a fair collection of consoles (considering I've only been trying properly for about a month)... So here they are!:

Halo Reach Xbox 360 S.
Xbox 360 S (normal black one).
PS3 Slim.
Black DSi.
White DSi.
Pink DS Lite (unboxed :().
Aqua Blue 3DS.
Pokemon N64 (blue Pikachu one, on the hunt for the orange JAP one!)
Pokemon Gameboy Color.
Silver GBASP.
Zelda GBASP.
Atari (2600, I believe, will confirm when it arrives later!)
Sega Saturn.
Sega Master System II (unboxed - had since I was little!)
Sega Mega Drive II.

PS2 (unboxed - was left to me by my godfather when he passed away years ago).

Silver GBASP (unboxed, since I was little, hence why I bought a boxed one :facepalm: :haha:).

I'm sure there's a few others kicking about, but will update when/if I remember them :banana:

All are boxed, unless stated otherwise, but they're unboxed because they're from when I was small, all other ones have been bought over the past month or two, with the exception of the two Xbox 360's, the PS3 and the Pink DS Lite...

I have my ways,lol. It was a complete fluke in finding it & what i paid for it. The box is included but they were only sent out in the standard arcade or pro console boxes,nothing special. It had the sad case of red ring of death but i sent it in to microsoft for repair but including repair cost it only cost me $140. Considering some sell for ten times that or more i think its a bargain. I will find my camera & put pics up

Yep,they came with a matching contoller in yellow. I have also emailed colorware who made the consoles about buying a second controller but they have been a bit funny about it & unresponsive. The first person i emailed from colorware didnt even know what i was talking about or the consoles existed,which was weird to me

Verrrry nice. Now we are talking the ultra rare consoles.
The kasumi blue Japanese import is getting hard to find & a nice console. The only one that always annoyed me was the Pepsi consoles. Pepsi were so cheap the buggers only used stickers on the console,not a nice paintjob instead,which made it easier to damage. I was offered one awhile ago but said no purely because it was a sticker. You must be great friends with the bank or own one,lol:)

I had a bunch of systems when I started gaming a long time ago, but children don't really take care of things very well or have siblings who also don't take care of things very well. It wasn't until maybe 4 years ago that my income finally stabilized to the point that there was a bit of excess to indulge on my toys.

My income is split and if I didn't have to worry about the impending split, I would have no worries to invest in a growing collection hence my hiatus on collecting.

Love the panasonic Q,those pretty blue lights,lcd & chrome are a sight to behold. Its thankful Nintendo let Panasonic make them,its just a shame Nintendo didnt keep going with it. These things were amazing for what they were at the time & still are,would love one to add to my collection

I find Ltd Edition consoles to be too expensive which is why i stick to handhelds.

Have a look on the tech game forums. I remember there used to be a guy in the B/S/T selling dev kits, phat and slim models. This was quite a while ago, but I'm pretty sure he was a reg there. I don't post there, or even visit that often, so I dunno!

Thay aren't that hard to come by if you know where to look for them. They even appear from time to time on eBay, although they tend to get pulled down quickly. I have several other development pieces of hardware, but I waited to get a 360 until the price of a Slim kit was reasonable, as I wouldn't want to have a RLOD on it.
