The game has english voice and german or english subs depending on your console settings.

Yes it does. You have to pay within 10 days after you placed the pre-order otherwise they will cancel it.

ahh, my apologises for not reading your original post correctly. It does seem these pre-order bonuses where "while stocks last" since there are no mention of them anywhere on the page for the red edition but i assume you checked this already. You could try emailing the website to check, but you might want to use a translator since some websites wont reply if you send a message in English.

I tried creating an account with US but don't see US as a country option. I just installed Chrome which was kinda cool because it translates pages for you easily. Other than that though I cannot figure out a way to ship it to the US.
