List of Limited Edition Xbox Consoles

Hi all

I was thinking that we need a list of limited edition consoles which may become part of the database in the future. But if this is to happen we need a sizeable list of consoles editions before adding them.

These can be the following:

Uniquely themed consoles, i.e Final Fantasy xiii Lightning edition PS3
Limited Bundle edition i.e Call of duty black ops bundle PS3.
Home and mobile consoles.
All regions all platforms and generations but not PC, or consoles outside of Microsoft Nintendo, Sega and Sony.

In the UK there haven't been many:

Standard Black console (Various game bundle variations)
Crystal Green console (1st anniversary)
Crystal console (2nd anniversary - 2 controllers)
Crystal console (Re-issue due to demand - 1 controller)


I know in America there's a Luminous Green Mountain Dew console, and also a similar Incredible Hulk console, but i'm not sure if these were retail or competition prizes. They also have the Crystal Green console, but instead of being an anniversary release it's bundled with a copy of Halo. There's also a similarly coloured console which has a different "jewel" which features Bill Gates' signature, although I believe these were given away to celebrate the launch of the console in North America


In Canada there's a Crystal Blue console which comes bundled with a copy of Halo 2 (I actually imported one of these into the UK, and is still sealed!)


In Japan, I know of another Crystal Blue console, featuring Kasumi-Chan from the Dead Or Alive series. There's also a pure White console for Panzer Dragoon Orta featuring Panzer Dragoon Orta details, which I believe are numbered. There's also a similar White console which is pure White, but features a personal plaque with the name of your choice engraved - I believe these were limited to only 1,000 units, but then a further (smaller) batch were created in order to satisfy demand

I have that Pepsi Hulk console but I have absolutely no idea how it came. I know it was offered as a prize if you bought one of the Pepsi Menus at a certain shopping center over here during the Hulk movie's premiere. Found it at a local 2nd hand store for 25 euros, left it there because I had no idea what it is but I eventually ended up buying it. I have never seen a controller or a box for this console. I have it but it still remains a mystery to me. I wish I could learn more about it, but I can't find any more info...

Call it more the exchange of usefull information:) There was actually 10000 consoles on the planning board but,the promo didnt do as well so only 5000 got made. Wether 5000 actually ended up beig sold/distributed is still up for debate. There was a few left overs so they got shipped to the UK for a Pepsi/Hulk promo but,that kind of failed as well.
Offer is there if you ever do decide to sell:)

I have never seen that controller in that picture for sale. The Mountain Dew consoles just came with a standard black controller. Maybe the one in the picture is custom?

Well it does say "This article needs additional citations for verification":) I dont go by wiki info,its never updated & half the time is missing stuff. Its also done by people that have no passion or interest in what info they are putting up.
