Sorry I forgot to mention that European are not able to order from Asian export site.
You will have to get someone from North America to order a copy for you or wait for the crazy ebay listing to go up.

Amazing collection and yet another "amazing" example of Japan's failed gaming industry policies. First they've done it with three RPGs on the Wii. Yes, they're coming to Europe, but still nothing for NA, which completely irrational. There's obvious demand (just check out the various forums, support blogs, etc.) and still they ignore their fans who are willing to PAY them??
Now they're releasing this only in Japan? Why? What's the justification now? "There probably won't be any demand"? Yes, precisely because there's no demand for Resident Evil we have RE movies, games, etc. here in the west. :roll eyes:
Anyone remember Demon's Souls marketing&release?
Demon's Souls favorable review scores made the fiscal performance of the game unique because of the lack of a supporting marketing campaign. Gaming analyst Jesse Divnich commented "Demon's Souls is probably one of the most statistically relevant games released in the gaming world as it helps answer an often asked question: how much would a high quality game sell if it was supported by no mass marketing, released by a little known publisher (no offense to Atlus), and was a new intellectual property.” With the critical and commercial success of the game, Sony Computer Entertainment VP of international software Yeonkyung Kim later admitted that it was a "mistake" to pass on the game, instead allowing Atlus to publish it, initially due to concerns over its difficulty and unusual design decisions.

sorry for my apparent rage, but I'm fed up with Japanese publishers and their policies.

Not sure if it's been mentioned, but I pre-ordered it form Yesasia.
http://www.yesasia.com/global/biohazard-15th-anniversary-box-japan-version/1024655984-0-0-0-en/info.html
Although the price they have it for is extravagantly high, they do offer free shipping to many countries. It's still a high price compared to e-Capcom's rrp but when Playasia is hard to catch and you can easily miss out from preordering from them. Hope this helps.

awww man, thanks. But I already preordered it yesterday. Had I come here earlier than I would have made a wiser choice [facefalm]
Yesasia has a 'no cancellation' policy after placing an order!
What I will do is attempt to politely ask them to cancel it via message. Hopefully that'll work and I'm not sure if I can 'return it' for a full refund either, I'll have to enquire about that too then perhaps I can work something out swiftly. Thanks again for the heads up. I'll be sure to look here before making any haste moves the next time. :)

Yeah I know, he showed me a photo of them and is coming to my house in a few weeks, I still don't believe him.
He lives and works there, or do you think ebay and amazon are the only places to buy them? Maybe a little shop in yokohama has a sealed copy of a rare game but they don't know the actual collectors value and you can buy it for cheap.... simple as that.
