Greetings everyone! :2cool:

I literally just stumbled upon this site last night and felt like I found my calling! :woohoo:

I immediately got a sense of belonging as I am a CE addict...or was!?

I still like to collect highly sought after CE/LE/SE from around the world but I mainly choose those I believe I would like or of good quality and not just some cheap extras.

I've only been on an addiction for the last few years and mainly just on the PS3 and PSP formats. But I'm trying hard to cut down due to high cost and some of low quality in my point of view.

Anyway, here's one of my collection;

I saw some of your collection as well. Kinda glad we were lucky enough to get something special for our Killzone 2, though I had to import the 'steelbook' edition from the UK...those overall they're both pretty limited. And unfortunately that 'Press Kit' copy cost a fortune when I got it just before the retail copy was released!

Yes, that Killzone 2 is a Press Kit which my friend from another state is enjoying taking care of it for a few years now. I'll shall be getting it off him in October when I see though :) Not the best Press Kit I've seen released but the first and most expensive I've ever purchased!! :nea:

I was also fortunate enough to obtain 2 of those preorder bonus tins, it was pretty limited and was only available for the PAL regions as far as I know. It was more impressive cos I got them both for free :D

Anyways, I found some more old pics and thought I may as well share them with you all. Here is a part of my FFXIII collection, consisting of the PAL CE, Asian CE w/FFXIII themed white DS3, Asian PS3 FFXIII themed console, FFXIII OST and guide book plus some pre-order bonuses.

Nice Final Fantasy Xiii Collection, about the only thing missing is the Limited Edition Soundtrack and Trading Art drink with figurine.

@gurlswoo1 I do have the LE soundtrack, just not in the picture because it was packed in a box and I couldn't be bothered looking for it last year [when I took these pics]. I also have the Piano version and some other FFXIII related soundtracks. I really wanted to get the whole set of the drink cans but they're just way too expensive to import, it would have cost more than the drinks themselves!! But I do have all the important figurines released ;) I'll need to take pics of those too and then post it here when I make time for it :) And thanks.

Thanks. Those large boxes are just in-store display boxes for pre-ordering the game on all available formats. I took about 5-6 of those boxes, the ones in the pictures are just stacked on top of each other. I even managed to scam an extra Calender which I gave to a friend and amazon.us was also kind enough to give me a "free" hardcover guide book because the one I ordered arrived damaged and couldn't give me a replacement for it so they refunded me and also let me keep the "damaged" book :) Then I got another one elsewhere :P

I also managed to get ripped off from eBay and bought those limited edition slip case cover. I got both types but not autographed....those were way too expensive! :O

Although I found the game to be underwhelming, I still like it but I've yet to finish it either :banghead: I can't say I'm expecting much from FFXIII-2, but I hope they don't go CE crazy either as this one was exhausting enough to try and complete! :banghead:

thanks guys, I really enjoyed taking those pics. It wasn't easy doing it on your own as it was quite windy...especially the dangling ring pics :whew:

I felt that the beach would be a great theme, though a desert scene would be even more appropriate, unfortunately I don't live near a desert :rotf:

I was also fortunately to have done it at the right time, right place and the right mood for it :bananayes: Perhaps I should have taken up pornog...I mean, photography :D

I wanted to take it out of the square a bit, instead of taking the usual indoor pics, I wanted to have a different atmosphere that the majority are used to seeing all over the world of web. So I thought, why not? I can and I did :) Just a little creativity and imagination can go along way.

Ok, late last December I finally completed my Batman Arkham City Collection [software wise]. Apart from the Press Kit, I have all the various Steelbooks and CE that has been publicly released. Thanks to Mosavon for the help on a few Steelbooks as well <3

So it may not actually look as interesting taking pics of just the games packages itself, I thought I could give it a little pizzazz by including something you would more likely to see displayed at the retail stores :bday:

I also included a few pics of the Comic Book and the Soundtracks for the game. I did forget to take pics of the standard CE guide book and the 2012 Calendar though! :ghey:
