I recently found a coule of listings on the GAME website for Sonic Generations: Special Edition for the PS3 and X360

The PS3 version will include:

The game is due out on the 4th of November 2011. The PS3 version is listed at £39.99, and the X360 version at £37.99

Nice find Looks like a DLC edition only, I wonder what Sega will do for Australia as Sega do the best edition there for some reason.
