I thoroughly enjoyed playing this after finishing it a few days ago, loved the CE contents as they're actually practical ;) I hope to see Cosplayers using the contents in public :P (just need to find those sheep horns :D )
I'm waiting for my Xbox360 CE version to arrive to semi-complete the set. Perhaps if the "alternative" covers get really cheap I'd also get them later.

What kind of game is this? havent played or even heard of it before

It's actually a Puzzle Game with added story and with animated videos to accompany the storyline which I believe was executed and presented perfectly for whatever genre it is.

I can't think of a game to compare it to, but you basically (for gameplay parts) climb towers or block and reach the exist at the top. Along the way are treacherous and dangerous enemies and obstacles to either avoid or knock off or get around.

It has a pretty deep story where some of your inputs/answers from choices depend on the outcome of the game/ending. You would really need to invest time on completely concentrating on the puzzle game as it may infuriate you at it's level of difficulty even at Easy mode for n00bs such as me and would only be more difficult at hard difficulty settings. Like Atlus' Demon's Souls, you will die a lot!! Hehe.

It's an enjoyable game, but not for everyone as I reckon many will just give up on it. New comers and first playthrough will take around 15-20hours of gaming pleasure. Hope that kinda helped?!? :S

the PAL version gets a double-sided inlay cover with both C/Katherine [one on each side] so you can choose who to display, so you can just get one copy this time :whew:

But I wish we got a 'steelbook' case bonus with both ladies on the front/back :drool: xx

It will be relatively big but not that big and it won't be that heavy either. If you order from an online store such as amazon.co.uk it doesn't matter how much it weights because you can choose free postage. Not sure if the total weight will be less than 1kg but if it is then most UK sites have fixed postage.

^ The great Shōji Meguro arranged the soundtrack so probably, the pre-order bonuses are solely from Atlus (as a publisher). It's Deep Silver who's publishing the game for Europe.

The soundtrack and Artbook were included the very first edition of the Collector's Edition. It has a stickers on the front to signify the extra content.

It came separately with the standard version of the game as a pre-order bonus.

I'm just waiting for them to announce that this edition would come with Japanese voice over and english subtitles, then it would be an absolute no-brainer. But even without that I would still have to pick up a CE, especially if they will make two different CE's, I need one with Katherine now.

Yeah I guess. I thought the release date wasn't specified beyond "February" but I just checked the publishers facebook page and apparently it was.
What I also learned is that they are giving the soundtrack and artbook as pre-order bonuses in the end, but they didn't specify from which retailers D:

Mine has been dispatched from GAME 10 minutes ago so it's not delayed. However, my one piece 3DS limited edition is still not dispatched from amazon yet. Anyway, I hope they don't seal the art book alongside the box because that's what happened on some of the unboxing videos. It would have been easier to just put the art book inside the box rather than outside.

My Stray Sheep Edition Xbox 360 was shipped by Shopto on 08/02/12. I had it sent to my folks address, so probably arrived yesterday or possibly today. I can't wait to get my hands on it.

I liked the game so much that I ordered the Love is Over US edtion for the PS3 In addtion to the standard edtion I already own for the PS3 which i bought in August 2011.

I heard that there was only One store in the UK offering the Artbook/Soundtrack!? Can't remember which store it was. Australia isn't offering it at all :(

From the youtube unboxing videos I seen, it seems that it doesn't include the bonus. Like I said, I haven't opened mine so I can't really tell. Sorry for those who want to know and I hope you receive the game ASAP.

Shopto's practices with the 'pre-order bonus' are normally offered for the Standard edition games and rarely ever for the Collector's/Limited Edition copies. So, no sorry, the Stray Sheep Edition doesn't come with the pre-order bonus.

Well I've finally got me Stray Sheep 360 set from Shopto and couldn't be happpier with it. Though I still feel the Love is Over set to be the better CE. Lucky for me i have this coming my way from a seller on ebay for PS3 .

I like this game so much I'm even thinking of getting the Catherine statue. Has anyone else got one of these? What is the quality like?

The T-shirt was motherf****ng HUGE as always, this time even doubly so.
Also, meh. The pre-order bonus was not in as expected.
That's some shitty organizing, announcing it but not bothering to tell that it's exclusive to one retailer, and on top of that, that retailer didn't feel like informing customers about it either. Stupid, stupid GAME.
Now I have to resort myself to ebay or something.
