Does not have to be sealed, and does not have to have the game itself (as long as it comes with everything else). This is not the climax edition, this is the normal Collectors Edition! The Climax Edition was with the Model of the Weapon "sca...." i forgot the name of it!

The Scarborough Fair Gun was a Pre-order bonus it is not part of the climax edition
