So I've not actually got round to this simply because I don't have pictures of a lot of my collection, as such I never felt it was worth an introductory post. However, I figure text is still something that you guys can mull, gawk or just "Hmm, not sure if serious?" over.

The FFXII PS2 was Japan only. The UK had a FFXII signing event and a FFXIII event so I managed to take said PS2 along and get it signed.

To correct myself though, it was Executive Producer, Director/Visual/Background Director and Art Director (3 people, 3 sigs).

The FFXIII event had Kitase there but he didn't actually do much on FFXII so I took my FFVII from the Advent box set to get signed (wired.com had pics but the link is dead!)

I'll try and get updated pics soon of some of the stuff.

Edit: Photos added to OP. Just realised the SFIV is covering the Bayonetta Limited Edition and Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin pre-order bonus (US).

This is a prototype version of Drake's chest that was released with the Explorer Edition of Uncharted 3, so not exactly easy to get then. Since it's not the final version, that will explain any variations in colour you probably have.

Yeah, FF and SF are my "majors" I guess you could say. DMC as well...and Tekken....I'll just stop now.

Tell me more about Devil May Cry. I've never tried it but looks like a massive slice them up sort of game. Worth playing all of them from the start?

Get the DMC HD Collection and start there. Start from DMC1, skip DMC2 (not as good but it's very short if you do decide to play it) and then DMC3. DMC3 is a prequel but it's gameplay is vastly expanded over 1.

Then you play DMC4 but story wise it's pretty weak with no actual revelation on who the hell Nero is but it's a decent game. Major downside was too much uninteresting backtracking and the change between Nero to Dante to me was really jarring. It's still fun though!

They're all relatively short, with DMC1, 3 and 4 providing about 15-20 hours of gameplay on first run. DMC2 about 5 (it's also the easiest game). All have great replay value, harder modes, new moves, updated version of Dante (Super Dante, Super Vergil, Nero Angelo!)

Definitely worth playing DMC3 at least.

I think the discs are multi language. Are you interested in a trade or partial trade? I'm really interested in both the J&D PK and the Uncharted Prototype chest.

Yep, just checked. The disc is the same as the retail i.e. multilanguage (Japanese too, just like retail). Wanted to confirm for myself as well as my FFX kit is French.

Sadly I don't want to part ways with them just yet. Maybe in the future. I will keep you in mind though.

It's quite nice, personally. I like the box design however, it feels a little fragile.

The box lid and bottom is made of up 3 connected panels, but they seem a little flimsy so I'm worried they'll break apart from each other, especially the lid. Probably wouldn't be difficult to fix though.

The booklet is interesting, but as with a lot of kits, the discs can come loose.

I haven't taken the t-shirt out of the bag but it's probably a standard quality t-shirt.

It's mainly the box that I like. It's quite cool, aside from feeling fragile.

Sadly not. I'm guessing the 'TDK' is the music disc?

But I've read from you that not all came with it anyway? The main disc-less one that is tormenting me is my ICO press kit, uggghhh!

TDK is the game and the sampler is 5 tracks remixed by DJ Shadow. The disc all come with is the press assets. A majority didn't include those two. Yeah with stuff like this it's a pain to replace them.

Very fond of FFVIII (well, love FF in general, duh) so glad to not only own the consumer Limited Edition but also the Press Kit, too. The version shown is the Press Kit - almost exactly the same except it contains a press disc and a blank cover for the game (no inlays and black disc print). The consumer version has no press disc and has a normal version of the game with the character prints + "Not to be sold separately" tag.

Another item to add to my prized FF collection - one of the last great FF games, Final Fantasy X press kit (I liked XII by the way, so hence the "one of the last"):

Weirdly, the game disc is actually French (English voice) so that sort of bugs me a little bit. If anyone has an English text version please do let me know!

I doubt I will ever get the man to sign something of mine. Never heard of him attending game events these days, even as he is probably moving on from the game world. So you are really lucky! Could you show us some pics of that signed game?

At the moment everything is packed up as stored away. No fancy shelves (yet!) Some still in shipping boxes, so it's a bit tricky to pull everything out.
