2K Games have announced that The Darkness II will come in a Limited Edition. The Limited Edition is a free (and automatic) upgrade for anyone who pre-orders The Darkness II.

I'm not sure if there is a special Steelbook or anything like that. It sounds as if there is only some digital Content for the Limited Edition.

I expected more from this release, DLC only.

The custom artwork might be worth it though. First press editions can be worth quite alot.

I loved the first Darkness game... I was planning to let this one wait until the price dropped but with an LE... even if it's just a first edition DLC makes it a must buy for me.

They don't offer shipping worldwide but within Europe so you shouldn't have any problems ordering one.

I just went to do my shopping in my local Tesco, and I spotted a staff member in the entertainment aisle putting out pre-order cases for the Limited Edition!

Pre-order The Darkness II Limited Edition and receive the following:
