It says here (http://www.gram.pl/news_8AjqJO23_Wiedmin_2_Edycja_Rozszerzona_i_Wiedm in_2_Mroczna_Edycja_zawarto_wyda_ceny_bonusy_Zamw_ ju_teraz_w_sklepie_gram_pl.html) that the whole edition is numbered and that the first 1000 goes to the people that ordered it at gram.pl, in accordance to the order time (so the first person who pre-ordered gets number #1 etc), and that the rest of the copies (after the first 1000) are going to be spread randomly.
The number was supposed to be shown in your order details from today, but they changed it to Feb 1st now.
It's true that there is no mention about numbering on the international site, though. I don't know why.
What also isn't mentioned on that site (and is at gram.pl) is that the big box with wolf's head is actually supposed to be something like lenticular (I'm not sure exactly, but they use the word "relief")

Also, I definitely wouldn't worry about it being exclusive to anyone.

I hope that happens, because i dont want to order a french edition with everything in French.

Also, you could order from USA (or Australia), maybe? If the game is released at the same time it shouldn't be region locked.

wow.. nice.. but.. one thing though.. they might cancel near release date if the item is 1 kg and above..pretty sure this is quite heavy as well. that's what happened to my crystal edition..

I had it preordered and even had it delivered to UK member here.. but guess what.. they email me 'sorry this item is too heavy to ship out to Australia therefore resulting in cancellation'. They didn't even bother checking the delivery address. I replied saying I am having it shipped to UK address.. they ignored my email completely.. No reply till now..

GAME.UK online in my honest opinion are ignorant basterds! They're unforgiving and relentlessly ignorant. And yet when they make the mistakes they still hold their noses up.
I've had cancellations by them before without giving me a chance to fix anything up.

Now according to amazon, the game itself weighs around 8 ounces [235grams], with all the contents and the thick A4 size art book it looks like it'll most likely weight heavier than 1kg?? S: But I"m not 100% on that.

Dark Edition will receive extra items in their big, fancy box. In addition to the quest book and world map included in the standard version of the game, the Dark Edition includes a making-of disc and original soundtrack, a 200-page art book, wolf's head witcher medallion, and some stickers.

With a large size 200 page art book, this will definitely weigh a fair bit! 4 disc, metallic necklace and other smaller books...yeah, fat chance GAME will let this ship to here.

Its poor version im my opinion. Pc was much better, but for X360 owner it should be good. In Poland (Witcher is Polish game u know ;D) u can buy this edition really easy. I didnt saw e-shop that run out of it.

Well, MGS HD LE didn't sell out during its pre-order stage, it did quickly disappear within weeks after release. But there were never any intention of Konami releasing a specifically AU/NZ printed boxes for it.

Whereas The Witcher 2 being distributed by MicroSoft is quite different, as it's also 'exclusive' to the Xbox360 console.

Anyway, we'll all soon find out tomorrow. I'll post a pic of mine when I get it.

It's a nice looking CE indeed! The effect on the front is nice, but at the expense of having a CE that is twice as deep as it really needed to be. A little deceiving for those who have actually opened theirs I bet.

It's also quite heavy, which is to be expected. It's roughly the same size H x W as the Fallout: New Vegas, AC: Brotherhood Codex Edition, or AC: Revelations Animus Edition, but a lot deeper. I was actually half expecting a CE similar to the Warhammer 40k: Space Marine CE

All in al, good work from Namco-Bandai! HollieB has also promised an unboxing video as soon as she manages to get her grubby little paws on a copy, so that'll be worth looking forward to! ;)

I'm down in Portsmouth. IT bugs me that they put a monopply on the GAME distribution (e.g) exclusive rights, then they fail to provide.

My hoo-haa over Castlveania CE God mask was down to them not deciding as to whether how many they should stock for distribution....so eventually the UK PAL was only made up of a production run of 200 in the end. Konami were not happy as they couldn't get another mask production run done for the UK boxed editions....as GAME has dilly dallied around, so another fail, thanks GAME.

I think just contact Amazon straight away, you can chat with CS, I have always found them helpful. Tell them the situation and ask them to ship you another signed copy, before they run out of stock. I would act fast.

Bloody hell. GAME can't do anything for me today either. They said they can't do anything until 10 working days has passed from shipment date, she said that will be on the 24th :facepalm: So if it hasn't showed up by then I've to phone for a refund or replacement.

I asked, "will a replacement even be possible considering it's sold out online" and she said that they may receive returns so yes it may be possible.

I think if it gets to that then I'll be requesting a refund LMAO. Don't want to risk getting battered up stock ! xx

THe GAME CS is worst in this regard, actually in all regards for that matter. Sorry to hear about your luck regarding CEs this month V, hopefully the next month will come with more luck, and better sunshine too :)

Yeah, hoping next month is much better, especially as most of the stuff I've got ordered for next month are for my boyfriend's birthday (17th May) haha :haha:

This month has definitely been my worst in terms of collecting:

- Told that I'd be charged upon release of Guild Wars 2, was charged upon ordering, meaning I had to borrow money from my mum to pay bills, and when I complained, all I got was a "sorry we gave you the wrong information but nothing can be done now".
- Got charged twice (once on each bank card linked to my GAME account) for the Dark Edition meaning I had to borrow MORE money from my mum.
- Enhanced Edition ain't showed up.
- Dark Edition ain't showed up.

I pray to God that there's no more trouble left for me this month.

Dear Gods of gaming, please send me a bit of luck now, in that I receive lots of money and editions out of the blue? Maybe make my orders show up, but that they accidentally packed 3 or 4 of each into the package by accident? :beg: xx
