Yes the U.S did get the novella. Best buys is the only one that has it with there collectors. Its the regular collectors edition sealed and then they put it on the back and resealed the package again with shrinkwrap.

Hi,

Here is what I generally tell everyone. I can ship these out at $9 or $17 to the UK. I would suggest the $17 method, so I can use sufficient protection.

These are about 0.15kg each. $9 shipping is for under 0.2kg, which leaves me very little room to protect it.

For other international shipment, may cost $1-2 more. For the US, will be a bit cheaper.
