Despite the fact that they were £75 to preorder on Amazon... This really ain't the best place to try and overprice games... But that's just my opinion xx

I wasn't lucky enough to preorder off amazon
I had to pay £120 for them
I have the cheapest buy it now offer available on eBay right now

I'm new to this website so just getting used to it
Not trying to overprice them but people before I got my hands on them did pay over £200 for them
I have them in my possession now ready for dispatch

This sonic has brought back the epicness that is sonic
And the collector edition is a masterpiece

People are selling theirs on eBay for £200-£250
Mine is cheapest there on buy now at £175 for playstation 3

Rare editions of collectors items have higher value
There sold out everywhere
Look at the uncharted 3 explorer edition
Got bought by people for £100 and sold to others for £250

I'm not trying to make money
I'm trying to help people get their hands on the collector edition
On eBay they make commission of £17 something on each one I sell and shipping worldwide is going to be around £10 for me
That's already £27ish gone
That's £175-£27(eBay charges n p+p)-£120(what I paid for them)=£28
So I'm only making £28ish on each item
I make more if the p+p is lower bt less if p+p is higher

It's a fantastic collectors edition

Seriously though No wonder some collectors HAVE to pay inflated prices when people buy so many copies just to sell them on - that's not a collector that's just someone out to make cash.There are plenty of users on this site who didn't manag to get it pre ordered - now it all make sense why they couldn't!

I wanted it myself and I saw it on amazon for £85
I thought I would leave it a couple of days and then when I finally got to it they had sold out
I don't know the name of the shop directly because my mate at Uni told me they had them back in stock on monday and I'm not on my laptop so can't say
Tomorrow when I'm on laptop I will tell you name of the shop
They had them restocked as the people trying to get them abroad had their orders cancelled as the shop don't ship overseas

I picked up 5 of them and keeping one myself
I'm selling the other 4
it is truly an epic edition
I like it more than my uncharted 3 collector edition

I didn't manage to get the edition from amazon
I payed £35 more than that price for the edition
If I got it from amazon I would have been selling for cheaper than what I am selling them for
It's a rare edition and people on eBay are selling it for £200+
I'm selling it cheaper than all of them

Maybe in time I will get the experience you have and be able to be a source for people who can't get their hands on things and I will be able to sell it on to them for the prices I paid
And be able to make friends with fellow collectors

I think it's safe to assume this, this may be a reason english language versions hold better value - there is a much bigger market and often the stock amount (language specific) doesn't match demand.
