i am in USA..but "GAME FRANCE" has 2 exclusive steelbook offers for 3DS..MARIO KART 7 AND SUPER MARIO LAND 3D..go to their website..they look really nice..somebody please start group pre orders!!!!!!!!!!!!! :bananayes:

It seems that there is a problem with the steelbooks.
I preorder Mario 3D and I received only the mug... After calling Game, it seems that they didn't received in time the Mario 3D steelbook !!
It will be sended separatly on the begining of december.

did the steelbook come with the game already inside?...was the steelbook sealed?..and is it all metal or is that plastic inside?

Regular DS cases in a Jumbo Steelbook. I can tell that's not what we're expecting. Moreover, its a "Bait & Switch" on Game.fr part.

Slybaoth sir,..are your steelbooks in "mint" condition?..do you see any dents? scrapes? etc.?..just wondering?..kinda curious..were they shipped or picked up at a store?

I have one shipped and one picked up at one store.
Both are in mint condition, no dents or scratches or anything...
They came not sealed :
- by mail, they put the game inside the steelbook to gain some places;
- at the shop they give you the game then the steelbook but also not sealed

Hmm, interesting. I never would have guessed that these would be Jumbo SteelBooks. Very odd. As if there was even any need to make them that fat... I'm sure a shorter G2 SteelBook would have been more apt, and there's no reason why they couldn't make them the same width as a standard 3DS case...

there 2 mario steelbooks are genuine steelbook.com products...so i wonder why, they are bizarre looking styles?..and seem to have an odd looking front end designs that don't mesh well and that strange looking branded emblem on top of the front side..along with that styrofoam looking plastic piece inside, but they do say steelbook/steelbook.com on the inside too..if they can do "real" steelbooks for xenoblade and zelda,..why "F" up the mario ones?
