There is no "NTSC" in PC editions... they is all the same my friend.

And i have a Brand new one here. Sealed in plastic unopened and all IF you are still interested.

EDIT: There is 1 left in Amazon, and few through other sellers on the amazon site.
I suggest trying that first.
