nope.... they didnt have GAME seal mate... sounds stupid but had this bit of plastic round em and game are being stupid.. wont accept them back... the game seal they didnt put on but didnt notice until i got home!

That clear game seal is a factory seal, it's the exact same seal used on many PS3 steelbooks such as Vanquish.

But a factory seals means it's unopened.

Say that they either give you a refund as you are entitled to by law or you will do a charge back and contact the local financial ombudsmen.

Even if you paid via cash, it's the threat that gets them.

Thats a load of crap though since 3 out of 5 of mine had the clear sticker seal aswell, which came from the stockroom...find that hard to believe

no it did not have the *GAME 28 day returned purple pink crap) so they said no cannot do it...

shouldn't make a difference, it's in their terms and condition and you have the law on you have the law on your side.
