Hope I'm doing this right.
The listing for the included content is slightly incorrect. The hardcover art book is not Xbox 360 and European Windows-only, it is also included in the US NTSC version. Also, there is no poster included. Read the official listing of the included contents from Amazon.com below.

Digital Copy of the Brady Games Official Strategy Guide, which provides comprehensive walkthroughs of the entire Single-player campaign, as well as Multiplayer maps and strategies. The strategy guide provides detailed information from weapon load-outs to top-down maps.
