I didn't know about the existence of this. I highly doubt it's an european press kit though, but I can't be sure until I actually see one.

The images are showing 2 different boxes, which is more intriguing.

Yes, it's very strange. I'm pretty sure it's also european, I found and Italian website and there's an article about it with some pics.

That is one of s.kull's "press kits" which are quite often just a few items he puts together and sells on as a press kit - flick through his feedback and there's quite a few items he wins for cheap, sticks them together and sells on as a press kit.
