Confusion on prototype 2 steelbooks

There is now confusion on the steelbooks for prototype 2 steelbooks.

It was originally though that Canada was getting a steelbook and Europe would get one and that all the Euro countries were getting the same.

However that does not look like the case.

Listings are starting to come up for the steelbooks. You will see Italy and France has one but Germany is different.

So I guess there are now 3 designs for this release. One for Canada one for France and Italy and another for Germany.

Anyone in Germany confirm what is on the inside

I'm currently waiting the Greek preorder steelbook. It'll probably be the same as Germany's.

I have received my Blackwatch Collector's Edition since Saturday but the preorder bonuses (figure+steelbook) will arrive later this week (as they told me). As soon as I get them, I'll post (i'm assuming it will be the same as Germany's, from the pictures in the listings).

I don't think so however, we get the European releases with the pegi ratings (maybe Eastern European? I'm not sure), always uncut, no localization (except for some Sony Exclusives and PES games).

Yeah that is the normal copy Euro PEGI which are released in Europe, except Germany and UK.

The german one looks the same as the FS/Bestbuy version. I believe they should be the same. So there should be only 2 designs. And Spain gets both.

Yeah I think your right, the only thing to clear up is the internal design and the amount of place holders.

Anyone know if there is a g2 version of the french one? I know bestbuy/fs has both g1 and g2.

Spain Gamestop is the same ad Germany, but it's only G1 size.

Will try to get some for you...still don't know prices.

There are only 2 variants; there's the Micromania/France one, and then there's the one released everywhere else. That's it.

Germany have both Prototype steelbooks!

Gamestop has the Futureshop Version and my Saturn has the Micromania Edition.

So the French one is unique but Germany get both French and Euro/CA version.

Do any of them come sealed?

The Gamestop Version is opened, our Version is Sealed, but the Game is in the sealed packet with a normal box! Both sealed Steelbooks (PS3 + Xbox) are G1^

I finally received mine here in Greece.

It's a G1 steelbook with similar design as the Italian one.

In the US they were exclusive to Best Buy (as you can see right on the sticker) and only available if you Pre-Ordered online... G1 and G2 and sealed.

In Spain have both editions, Micromania and futureshop.

The only difference is that here never use to make difference wirh G1 and G2. So here in Spain only G1 size.

Us and Ca are the only places where you can get these G2 steels...
