Square Enix have announced that North America will get a Limited Edition release for Kingdom Hearts 3D Dream Drop Distance.

Titled as the Mark Of Mastery Edition, it contains the following:

Hard cover 3DS case

12 art cards

5 AR cards - unlocks Dream Eaters

Standard copy of the game bundled in a magnetic case

Released date is set for the 31st July 2012 with a RRP of $54.99.

Amazon won't ship Nintendo stuff outside US/Canada I don't think.

It shouldn't be overly hard to get but I'd rather not use Play-Asia as that's just long winded and the price will just be heightened slightly. Gamestop is a no due to guaranteed customs. NCSX it is?

They did one for 358/2 Days and 3D. The 3D one is a bit harder to find though and quite expensive, sadly.

There's always a possibility they'll do it for UK, too since they did it for Crisis Core on PSP and KH CoM on GBA.

Square-Enix have teased that Europe may get something more elaborate. I think it's safe to say we're going to get some kind of LE which will be different to the American Mark of Mastery Edition, but no telling what it'll be.

My guess is that AR cards will be a part of it, just like with Kid Icarus Uprising. Let's just hope Nintendo don't try forcing another bloody useless plastic stand on us like with the afore mentioned game...

All DS games are region free and can be played on any DS and 3DS console in the world.

The bad news is that it's literally sold out online at Gamestop, Amazon, AND Best Buy for RSVP... I went to Gamestop today to talk to the employee to see if I can still pre-order in store but even they said they're not taking anymore reservation since it literally sold out from Gamestop

I wanted it because I forgot about my pre-order for the standard Ed of the game and I don't like buying standard Editions of games, so i had to buy the CE too... A little pricey though... :S

haven't seen those folders, i just have the old 9card sleeves from back in the pokemon days, most of my other cards are in sleeves locked in a desk draw somewhere, its a mix of yugioh, magic and there are some others i cant remember that come free from conventions lol

Ah yes, I know which sleeves you mean! :D I've never really liked folders and have always used card albums. Folders are too bulky and take up more room than is sometimes needed. Albums are just like books. Stick in the bookcase and you won't even notice it's there! :D They come in 4 and 9 card pages sizes! ^o^

You can get some trading card albums off ebay.com.au after a quick search for "trading card albums"! :D

I really hate gamestop. I preordered 4 copies of this, and when I went to buy the game, they gave me 4 regular copies. i told the cashier that, who in their right mind would be 4 regular copies? It was the same dude I talked to months ago and i specifically told him I wanted the limited edition of this game.. I was so excited to get this game only to find out that it was only lame copies of the regular game. I just got my money back for pre ordering.. ugh!

With that being said, anyone have any extra copies?

No we didn't get anything special over here... :( It came with a couple of AR cards in the box, but you have to cut them out yourself... -_-

Looking forward for the Mark of Mastery Ed getting here though. Amazon says 16th August Estimated delivery time though... :( Too far away. >.<

They did say it somewhere, because I was holding out and didn't order the Mark Of Mastery Edition, then when the game released over here, I ordered the CE as we didn't get one in the end... :(

Yea had a thought that might be the case bus as i dont own a 3ds at all i was not bound to play it any time soon lol
